Terms of Service

These terms describe the agreement between you and Shario. By creating a home, you agree to use the service kindly, lawfully, and with respect for the other person in it.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for the activity in your home. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country.
2. A shared home
A home can include more than one person. Whoever creates the home controls who is invited and can remove a member. Content you add stays yours; the home owner can export it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Shario to harass, monitor or control another person
- Upload unlawful content or malware
- Attempt to access another home or another person’s private notes
- Resell or automate the service without written permission
4. Private content
Private check-ins and private notes are visible only to their author until shared. We do not reveal them to the other person in your home, and we do not use them to train public models.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before you pay.
6. Availability
We work to keep Shario available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may affect access.
7. Termination
You may close your home at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, after reasonable notice where possible.
8. Liability
Shario is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
10. Contact
For anything in these terms, write to hello@shario.app.
